About the Shop

Foam Innovations & Creations is a custom foam fabrication shop in St. George, Utah. We cut, shape, coat, and finish foam into the parts of a building and a room that people actually notice: the trim around the windows, the columns at the entry, the arch between the kitchen and the hall, the hood over the range, the gazebo at the end of the yard, the sign out front, the table behind the sofa.

The reason this works is simple. Almost every architectural detail that reads as stone, plaster, or carved masonry is doing a decorative job, not a structural one. Once you accept that, the weight becomes optional, and everything downstream of the weight becomes cheaper and faster: the freight, the crew, the equipment, the install time, and often the structure underneath.

We work with builders, general contractors, architects, designers, landscapers, sign shops, and event companies, and we work with homeowners doing exactly one piece. A single corbel and a full subdivision trim package both come through the same shop, cut on the same equipment, finished by the same hands.
