Anything that has to read from across a room, or across a parking lot, has a weight problem. Cut it out of metal or wood at the size that actually reads and suddenly you need mounting hardware, a lift, and somebody to sign off on what it is hanging from.
Foam solves the size problem and the weight problem at the same time. We cut dimensional letters, logos, props, and display pieces at whatever scale makes the point, coat them so they hold up to being handled, and finish them in your colors. A five foot letter goes up with adhesive and a couple of fasteners.
The interlocking play blocks in our gallery are a good example of the range here. The same capability that cuts a monument sign cuts a modular block structure that a group of kids can knock over and rebuild all afternoon, at an expo booth or on a lawn.

Send artwork or a concept
A logo file, a sketch, or a description of the effect you want. We will tell you what scale it needs to be to read from where people will be standing.

We size, quote, and confirm colors
Dimensions, depth, finish, and color matched to your brand, with a price before anything is cut.

Cut, coat, finish
Cut to the artwork, hard coated so it survives handling and transport, and finished in your colors.

Delivered or shipped
Local delivery or freight nationwide. Light enough to set up and tear down without a crew or a lift.

Can foam signage go outside?
Yes, with the right coating and finish, which exterior pieces get by default. Tell us it is going outside when you order so we build it for the weather rather than for a lobby.
Can you match our brand colors exactly?
Send the color codes or a printed sample and we will finish to them. Getting brand color right is usually the whole point of a display piece.
How durable are the play pieces?
The interlocking block sets are built to be handled by kids all day, knocked over, and put back together. They are coated and finished for exactly that. They are still foam, so they will not survive a knife, but normal rough play is what they are made for.
How fast can you turn a display around?
It depends on size and finish complexity. Tell us the event date when you call so we can tell you straight away whether it is realistic instead of finding out late.
