This policy explains what Foam Innovations & Creations collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because there is not much to it: we are a fabrication shop, not an advertising company.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site you give us your name, phone number, email address, the type of work you are asking about, and whatever you write in the project details box. That is all we ask for and all we store.

If you call or text one of our numbers, we have your phone number the same way anyone does when you call them.

Like most websites, our host records standard technical information such as the pages requested, rough location, browser type, and the time of the request. We use that only to keep the site running and to understand which pages are useful.

Why we collect it

To answer your question, quote your project, and follow up about it. That is the entire purpose. By sending a form you agree that we can contact you by phone, text, or email about the request you made.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of outside services to run the site, and they see only what they need to:

• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox. Your form contents pass through their service on the way to us.
• Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Google services (Maps, and advertising or analytics tags if they are switched on) may set cookies and receive usage data, as described in Google's own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent it. We do not share it with other contractors, lead brokers, or marketing lists.

Cookies and advertising

This site does not require you to accept cookies to use it. If advertising or analytics tags are active, they may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to an inquiry. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as they are useful for serving you and for our own business records. If you want yours deleted, ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can tell us to stop contacting you and we will stop. Use any of the contact details below.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version goes here with a new date at the top.
