Exteriors that look carved
Architectural Foam Trim & Moulding
Window and door surrounds, corbels, cornice, banding, quoins, keystones, and one off accents. Cut to your profile, coated hard, and light enough that one person sets what used to take a crew.
Trim is what makes a house look finished. It is also the part that gets cut first when the bid comes back high, because cast stone and cut limestone carry a cost in three places at once: the material, the freight, and the labor it takes to lift and set it. Foam takes all three down without taking the detail away.
We fabricate architectural foam trim for new builds, remodels, and commercial facades across Southern Utah and the wider West. Every piece starts as high density expanded polystyrene, gets cut to the exact profile on our equipment, then gets a hard protective coating and a finish texture chosen to match the rest of the elevation. Once it is stuccoed, painted, or finished on site, it reads as stone. The difference is that a single installer can carry a ten foot header up a ladder.
What we make
Window and door surrounds
Full wrap surrounds, side casings, headers, and sills in any profile you can draw, mitered and numbered so they go up in order.
Corbels and brackets
Scrolled, stepped, or plain, sized to the overhang they are carrying visually. Repeatable across a whole elevation so every one matches.
Cornice and banding
Horizontal bands, belt courses, frieze, and crown runs cut in long lengths so you have fewer joints to hide.
Keystones and medallions
Arched keystones, cartouches, rosettes, and center pieces, carved from your drawing or from a photo of something you liked.
Quoins and corner detail
Stacked corner quoins in matched or alternating sizes, set out so the courses line up with the openings.
Sills, caps, and water table
Sloped sills, wall caps, pilaster caps, and water table trim shaped to shed water instead of holding it.
The process
How a trim package comes together
- 01
Send the elevation
A set of plans, a hand sketch on a napkin, or a photo of a house you drove past. Any of the three is enough to start. If you have a profile drawing, even better, we will cut to it exactly.
- 02
We draw the profile and quote
You get dimensions, the profile, the finish, and a price before a single block gets cut. If something on the drawing will not survive the weather or the install, we say so then, not after.
- 03
Cut, coat, and finish
The pieces are cut, shaped, and given a hard coating, then textured to match your stucco or left smooth for paint. Pieces are numbered to the elevation.
- 04
Delivered install ready
Local delivery around Southern Utah, freight anywhere in the country. It shows up light, labeled, and ready to set with adhesive and fasteners.

Good to know
Architectural trim & moulding, answered
Will foam trim hold up to Southern Utah sun and weather?
That is exactly what the coating is for. Bare foam would not last outside, which is why every exterior piece we send out gets a hard protective coat before it leaves the shop. Once it is coated and finished, it handles sun, wind, and rain the same way the stucco next to it does.
How closely can you match a profile I already have?
Very closely. Send a photo with a tape measure in it, a drawing, or a physical piece of the existing trim and we will cut to match. Matching an addition to an existing house is one of the more common reasons people call us.
Can it be painted or stuccoed on site?
Yes, and most of it is. We can send it smooth and ready for your finisher, or texture it here so it already matches the wall. Tell us which way your crew prefers to work.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We cut one corbel for a homeowner and we cut full trim packages for a subdivision. The price per piece gets better as the run gets longer, which is worth knowing if you are repeating an elevation.
