The centerpiece of the yard
Foam Gazebos, Pergolas & Outdoor Structures
Domed gazebos, column supported pergolas, patio covers, and entry features. The kind of structure that normally needs a mason, a crane, and a footing schedule, built light enough to set in an afternoon.
An outdoor structure is the thing people photograph. It is also, in cast stone or masonry, the thing that turns a landscape budget upside down, because the weight drives everything else: the footing, the equipment to place it, and the crew size.
We build gazebos, pergolas, and patio structures in foam over a structural frame. The columns, the dome, the arches, the balustrade, and the trim are all fabricated here and finished to read as carved stone. What holds it up is steel or timber, sized by whoever is engineering the project. What you see is ours.
The gazebo in the photographs on this page is a good example of what that combination gets you: a full domed roof, turned columns, arched openings, and a balustrade, sitting beside a pond, looking every bit like quarried stone.
What we build
Domed gazebos
Round or octagonal, with a full dome, finial, arched openings, columns, and a balustrade around the deck.
Pergolas and patio covers
Column supported covers over patios, hot tubs, and outdoor kitchens, with the beam and rafter detail wrapped to match.
Entry and gate features
Pillars, arches, and monument entries at the front of a property or a neighborhood.
Outdoor kitchens and bars
Shaped surrounds, counters, and facing built to wrap the appliances and the structure behind them.
Planters and site features
Oversized planters, seat walls, fountains, and sculptural pieces, including the lit planter units we build with recessed LED channels.
Pool and water features
Coping detail, surrounds, and decorative elements around pools and ponds.
The process
How an outdoor structure comes together
- 01
Tell us the picture in your head
A photo from a trip, a screenshot, a sketch. Most of these projects start with someone showing us an image and asking whether it is possible. Usually it is.
- 02
Size it to the space
We take the footprint, the height you have to work with, and the sight lines, then set the proportions of the columns, the roof, and the rail so it looks right rather than just fitting.
- 03
Coordinate the structure
Your framer, mason, or engineer handles what carries the load. We build to that frame so the two meet cleanly instead of fighting each other.
- 04
Fabricate and set
The pieces are cut, coated, finished, and delivered numbered. Setting one is a crew and a ladder, not a crane.

Good to know
Gazebos, pergolas & structures, answered
Does a foam gazebo need a big foundation?
Far less than a masonry one, because the weight is a fraction. The structural frame inside it and your local code still determine the footing, so your engineer or contractor sets that. What we can tell you is that the load we add on top of the frame is small.
How long does something like the domed gazebo take?
It depends on the size and how much carved detail is in it. We will give you a realistic timeline with the quote, before you commit to anything.
Can it survive wind?
Attached properly to a proper frame, yes. The pieces are fastened and adhered to the structure, not set loose on it. The frame is what resists the wind, which is why we build to it rather than in place of it.
Can you match an existing house or wall?
Yes. Send photos of the stucco, stone, or paint you are matching and we will finish the structure to sit with it instead of standing out against it.
