For Builders & Contractors

Trim packages off the elevation, repeat profiles that actually match, jobsite delivery, and a local shop to call when a piece gets damaged mid build.

Architectural detail is usually the first thing cut when a bid comes back high, and it is almost always the wrong thing to cut, because it is the part the buyer actually reacts to. The reason it gets cut is not that anybody dislikes it. It is that cast stone and cut masonry carry cost in three places at once: the material, the freight, and the labor and equipment it takes to lift and set it.

Fabricating that same detail in foam takes all three down together. The material costs less, it ships for a fraction, and a two person crew sets what used to need a mason and a lift. The elevation keeps its character and the number comes back inside the budget.

We supply builders, general contractors, framers, stucco crews, landscapers, and sign shops across Southern Utah and the wider West. Some of it is a full trim and column package for a custom home. Some of it is forty roof drain crickets. Some of it is one replacement corbel, today, because something got knocked off a scaffold.

What working with us looks like

  • Quote off the plans

Send the elevation set. We take off the trim, columns, and detail and come back with a package price, so you can bid the job with a real number instead of an allowance.

  • Repeat profiles that match

Cut from one file, so elevation four matches elevation one. On a subdivision that consistency is the whole point, and it is the thing hand cut detail never quite delivers.

  • Better pricing as the run grows

Per piece cost drops with quantity. If you are repeating a plan, say so up front and the number changes.

  • Numbered and labeled to the elevation

Pieces show up marked, so your installer is setting trim, not solving a puzzle in the driveway.

  • A local shop when something breaks

A corbel gets knocked off a scaffold at 3pm. We are in St. George, not three states away, so a replacement is a short turnaround rather than a schedule hit.

  • Built to your install method

Smooth and ready for your finisher, or textured here to match the stucco. Tell us which way your crew works and we build to it.

Contractor questions

Can you quote from a plan set?

Yes, and that is the easiest way to do it. Send the elevations and the trim schedule if you have one. We will come back with what we would supply, the profiles, and a package price.

Do you supply on subdivisions and repeat plans?

Yes. Repeat work is the best case for this, because the profiles come off one file and the per piece price drops with the run. Tell us how many plans and how many lots.

Who installs it?

Usually your crew, and that is normally the point, because the pieces are light enough that your existing trim or stucco guys can set them without extra equipment. If you want a hand on the first one, ask and we will walk them through it.

Do you deliver to the jobsite?

Around Southern Utah, yes. Beyond that we deliver across the West and ship freight nationwide. Tell us the site address when you quote it.

What if a piece is damaged on site?

Call us. We fabricate here, so a replacement piece is usually a fast turnaround. That is the single biggest practical difference between a local shop and ordering cast stone from out of state.

Can you match existing trim on an addition?

Yes. Send photos with a tape measure in the shot, a drawing, or a physical sample. Matching an addition to the original house is one of the more common jobs we take.

Bidding something with detail in it?

Send the elevations before you price the trim allowance. Knowing the real number up front is usually the difference between the detail staying in the job and getting value engineered out of it.
